  LIABILITY CLAUSE: By submitting payment and being approved for registration you accept full responsibility.  Vendor agrees that upon approved registration, he/she releases, ​holds harmless, and indemnifies Eagle Holiday Bazaar/Sheryl Stans, volunteers, and Eagle High School/West Ada and other related parties from any and all losses, claims, judgements, or damages made with regards to any occurrences, injuries, property loss, or damage in any way related to this event.  Due to School and State policy you agree that No animals, no open flames, no cooking (inside), no weapons, and no smoking will be allowed on the premises.  He/She agrees that nothing will be adhered to walls or structures that might cause damage.

  •  Open for Vendors: 11/04 at 8:00am & 11/05 at 9:00am
  •  Tear Down:   11/05 by 6pm, no later!
